By accessing or using the MyDaycare application or website (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
We do not guarantee that any data (including historical records) will be preserved or available for any period of time. Data may be modified or deleted at any time.
If you require long-term retention, you are responsible for maintaining your own records outside of the Service.
You agree not to misuse the Service or upload content that violates applicable law or the rights of others. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit.
Users cannot self-delete accounts at this time. Account deletion or changes may be handled by MyDaycare staff.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
The Service is currently offered free of charge. We may introduce paid features, subscriptions, or fees in the future. If we do, we will update these Terms accordingly.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyDaycare will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
